📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Please note: During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days $5.95 (Free on orders over $35)
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days $11.95

📍 All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

However, we are actively working to expand our global reach in the near future.


📬 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarding companies

Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Haërime is not liable for loss, theft, or delivery delays.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. That said, we’re always here to assist in the process and will support you wherever possible.


💠 Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Include the following in your email to support@haerime.com:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
