🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return window: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including all tags and pouches.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards or items marked as Final Sale

🚚 Return Shipping & Address

Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt. Haërime is not responsible for lost or unconfirmed return parcels.


💳 Refund Process

  • We will inspect your return within 2–3 business days of receiving it.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@haerime.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name & order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll provide a free return label and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
