  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags, pouches, and inserts.

    • Items returned without original packaging or components

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. HaΓ«rime is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace your item with a different style or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@haerime.com within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
