Welcome to Haerime. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://haerime.com (the “Site”), including purchases, services, features, content, and communications made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
Haerime is operated by Apple S Management, LLC. In these Terms, “Haerime,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Apple S Management, LLC operating through the Haerime brand.
By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Use of Our Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or that you are otherwise authorized to do so under applicable law.
You may not use the Services to engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with the operation of the Site, or conduct that violates the rights of Haerime or others.
We may limit, suspend, or refuse access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, our business, the Site, or to comply with applicable law.
2. Product Information, Availability, and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, including descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, colors, and availability.
Colors and visual details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.
Product availability may change without notice. Some items may require restocking or sourcing before shipment. If additional sourcing or fulfillment time affects an order, we will provide an updated estimated ship date when appropriate. If the revised timing does not work for you, you may cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, or availability information and to update product information when necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or declining an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, material pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the applicable original payment method.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts will be shown at checkout when required.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, handling, delivery estimates, available services, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy:

Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.
Items available in local inventory are generally prepared for shipment according to the handling information stated in our Shipping Policy. Some items may require restocking from a U.S. supply partner before shipment.
Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a material delay affecting your order, we will communicate updated information and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy describes return eligibility, return deadlines, return-shipping responsibilities, refund processing, exclusions, and the address used for authorized returns.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide return authorization and any applicable mailing instructions.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
6. Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for using and caring for products in a reasonable manner and in accordance with any product-specific information provided on the Site.
Product appearance, fit, function, or suitability may vary depending on individual use and circumstances.
Unless expressly stated and supported by product-specific information, we do not make guarantees regarding particular hair types, hold duration, comfort, materials, allergy characteristics, durability, origin, manufacturing method, or performance.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, including Haerime branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product presentation, written content, design elements, and other materials owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our protected content without our prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, content, applications, photographs, or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, comment, feedback, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt content you voluntarily submit for purposes connected with operating, promoting, or improving Haerime.
We may remove or decline content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
We do not create, purchase, or knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or ratings.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, ecommerce applications, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haerime and Apple S Management, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services where such damages may lawfully be limited or excluded.
Nothing in this Section or elsewhere in these Terms waives, limits, impairs, or disclaims any right, statutory remedy, damages, or manner of enforcement provided by federal or state law that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not waive, limit, impair, or disclaim any consumer right, statutory remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, impair, disclaim, or shorten any right, statutory remedy, damages, limitation period, or manner of enforcement that federal or state law does not permit a consumer to waive or limit.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable federal or state law.
Any dispute may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive a forum, remedy, cause of action, or other right that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, policies, or legal or regulatory requirements.
When we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page and the Effective Date will be revised as appropriate.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Unless required by law, an update to these Terms will not retroactively alter the terms governing a purchase that was already completed before the updated Terms became effective.
